Peel Region's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategy
Your participation is important, share your feedback!
We're creating a healthy, safe, and connected community and a more diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels they belong.
Our 5-year Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Strategy will reflect the needs of Peel Region's diverse communities and regional employees.
Community input and insight are vital for the strategy's development. To establish how we'll deliver our programs and services to Peel’s diverse community, we need feedback from residents and community members.
Who can participate
We're asking for feedback from everyone — all ages, genders, and socio-economic status — but especially people who:
- Identify as Black, Indigenous, or a Person of Colour.
- Identify as 2SLGBTQ+.
- Have different faiths and beliefs.
- Have a disability.
How to participate
We're offering different ways to share your thoughts, input, and insights.
- Complete our brief, anonymous online survey.
- Visit our booth at the Peel Art Gallery Museum and Archives (PAMA) on January 23, 2023 from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. to provide feedback.
- Register for an upcoming focus group.
If you need an accommodation to complete our survey, visit our booth, or register for a focus group, email us.
