2021 Census of Agriculture data is now available

Agriculture Census data helps us support farmers and strengthen food production in Peel

Peel farms bring healthy, locally produced food to our tables. They also play an important role in supporting Peel’s economy, cultural heritage, and the environment.

Peel’s 377 farms and their 530 farm operators provide a diversity of products on nearly 39,000 hectares of land and contribute $96 million in revenue to the economy.

The next release is expected in summer 2022. This release will feature data on income, families, and households.
