THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL

BY-LAW NUMBER 180-83

A BY-LAW TO ACCEPT, ASSUME AND DEDICATE LANDS FOR PUBLIC HIGHWAY PURPOSES

WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to accept and assume lands in conveyance from various parties and dedicate same for Public Highway purposes;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel enacts as follows:

That lands described in Deeds of Conveyance and a Release to the Regional Municipality of Peel, listed in Schedule "A" attached hereto, more particularly described in Schedule "B" attached hereto, be and the same are hereby accepted, and the said lands are assumed and dedicated as part of the Public Highway adjacent thereto.

READ THREE TIMES AND FINALLY PASSED IN OPEN COUNCIL this 24th day of November, 1983.

FIRSTLY: INSTRUMENT NUMBER 241619 VS (Schedule "A" Only)

ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of lands and premises situate lying and being in the Town of Mississauga, County of Peel (now in the City of Mississauga, Regional Municipality of Peel) and being composed of part of Lots 3 and 4 according to a plan registered in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Peel (No. 43) as Number 447 and which parcel is more particularly described as follows:

PREMISING that the north-easterly limit of said Registered Plan Number 447 bears North 46 degrees 10 minutes West, as shown thereon, and relating all bearings herein, thereto.

COMMENCING at the most northerly angle of the said Lot 3;

THENCE SOUTH 43 degrees 50 minutes west along the northwesterly limit of said Lot 3 a distance of 27 feet;

THENCE SOUTH 46 degrees 10 minutes east parallel to the north easterly limit of said Lots 3 and 4 a distance of 175 feet;

THENCE NORTH 43 degrees 50 minutes east a distance of 27 feet;

THENCE NORTH 46 degrees 10 minutes west along the north-easterly limit of said lots 3 and 4 a distance of 175 feet to the point of commencement;

THE above described parcel of land is shown in bold outline as Part 4 on a Plan of Survey prepared by C. Peat, O.L.S., dated September 25, 1972.

SECONDLY: INSTRUMENT NUMBER 657690

ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of lands and premises situate lying and being in the City of Brampton, Regional Municipality of Peel (formerly in the Township of Chinguacousy, County of Peel) and Province of Ontario, and being composed of part of the west half of Lot 17, Concession 3, East of Hurontario Street, which said parcel is more particularly described as Parts 2 and 3 according to a Plan Number 43R-10976 deposited in the Registry Office for the Registry Division of Peel.

THIRDLY: INSTRUMENT NUMBER 641082

ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of lands and premises situate lying and being in the City of Mississauga, Regional Municipality of Peel (formerly in the Township of Toronto, County of Peel) Province of Ontario, and being composed of part of Lot 6, on Registered Plan A-25 in the said City, more particularly designated as Part 3 according to a plan of expropriation registered in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Peel (No. 43) as Number 593961, City of Mississauga.
