THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL
 
BY-LAW NUMBER 54-2001
 
A by-law to amend By-law 11-2001 titled "A by-law to impose fees for services and activities provided by The Regional Municipality of Peel or for the use of its Property".

WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 1st March 2001 passed By-law 11-2001 to impose fees for services and activities provided by the Regional Municipality of Peel or for the use of its property;

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation has by resolution adopted on the 25th October 2001, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend By-law 11-2001:

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. Schedule "A" to By-law 11-2001 is amended by adding the attached Telecommunications Installation Fees to Schedule 7: Public Works (Division 1).

This By-law shall be effective on November 1, 2001.
