WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 8th of March, 2001, passed By-law 9-2001 to delegate the authority to approve plans of subdivision and condominium descriptions under Section 51.2 (2) of the Planning Act to the Town of Caledon;

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation has by resolution on the 15th November, 2001 authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend By-law 9-2001, so as to extend the delegation of approval authority to include applications made before March 28, 1995 under Section 51.2 (2.1) of the Planning Act;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That section 2 of By-law Number 9-2001 is deleted and the following substituted therefore:

The approval authority delegated to under Section 1 shall apply to all applications and matters to which subsection 51(5) of the Planning Act applies effective November 30, 2001 provided that any approval given or conditions imposed or procedures taken prior to March 1, 2001 with respect to any such application or matter shall continue to apply unless and until they are revoked, repealed, changed or modified by the delegated approval authority in accordance with the Act.
