WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 13th September, 2001 passed By-law 41-2001 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel and which by-law is hereinafter referred to as "the by-law";

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 14th February, 2002, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend the by-law with respect to reducing the speed limit on Regional Road 9 (King Street) from 60 km/hr to a flashing 40 km/hr speed limit zone from a point located 440 metres west of Heart Lake Road to a point located 520 metres east of Kennedy Road from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That Part 9 of Schedule I of By-law 41-2001 is amended by adding the following:
