WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 13 September, 2001 passed By-law 41-2001 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel and which by-law is hereinafter referred to as "the by-law";

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 11th day of July, 2002, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend the by-law with respect to prohibiting northbound and southbound U-turns on Regional Road 1 (Mississauga Road) at Regional Road 5 (Derry Road);

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That Part 15 of Schedule I of the by-law is amended by adding the following:
