WHEREAS By-law 43-2002 was enacted on 11th July, 2002 by the Council of the
Regional Corporation to impose fees and charges for services and activities
provided or done by or on behalf of the Regional Corporation.
1. Schedule "A" is deleted and replaced with an amended Schedule
"A" as attached hereto.
2. Subsection 4(1) is deleted and replaced with the following:

4. Despite the amendment of By-law 43-2002 herein, the tariffs of fees set
out in By-law 43-2002 on the day immediately prior to the day this by-law comes
into effect shall continue to apply to fees which became payable prior to the
date upon which this by-law comes into effect.
5. Subject to section 6, this By-law takes effect on December 31, 2002.
6. The water rate, being Fee Number 30, Schedule 7, Division 2, Appendix "A"
and Fee Number 17, Schedule 3, Division 1, shall come into effect and apply
to all water accounts rendered on or after 1st April, 2003.
