WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 13th of September, 2001 passed By-law 41-2001 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel and which by-law is hereinafter referred to as "the by-law";

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 27th day of March, 2003, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend the by-law with respect to prohibiting northbound to southbound U-turns and implementing a stopping prohibition on Regional Road 4 (Dixie Road) at O'Leary Boulevard;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That Part 15 of Schedule I of the by-law is amended by adding the following:

Regional Road	Direction	Turn Prohibited	Times or Days
Regional Road 4 at O'Leary Boulevard	Northbound to Southbound	"U"	Anytime

2. That Part 3 of Schedule I of the by-law is amended by adding the following:

Regional Road No.	Side	Limits	Prohibited Times or Days
4	Both	From a point 300 metres North of Octillo Drive to Countryside Drive	Anytime
