THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL |
BY-LAW NUMBER 36-2003 |
A by-law to reduce the posted speed limit on Regional Road 9 (King Street) from 80 km/h to 60 km/h from 385 metres west of the westerly intersection of Regional Road 9 and Connaught Crescent to the Canadian Pacific Railway tracks and to amend By-law Number 41-2001 being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel. |
WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 13th September, 2001 passed By-law 41-2001 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel and which by-law is hereinafter referred to as "the By-law";
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 19th day of June, 2003, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend the By-law with respect to reducing the posted speed limit on Regional Road 9 (King Street) from 80 km/hr to 60 km/hr from 385 metres west of the westerly intersection of Regional Road 9 and Connaught Crescent to the Canadian Pacific Railway crossing;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:
1. That Part 11 of Schedule I of By-law 41-2001 is amended by deleting the following :

2. That Part 11 of Schedule I of By-law 41-2001 is amended by adding the following:

3. That Part 13 of Schedule I of By-law 41-2001 is amended by deleting the following :

4. That Part 13 of Schedule I of By-law 41-2001 is amended by adding the following :
