A by-law
to implement stopping prohibitions on Regional Road 107 (Bovaird Drive
East and West) at South Lake Boulevard, Kennedy Road, Yellowbrick Road/Sunforest
Drive and Main Street North/Hurontario Street and to amend By-law Number
41-2001 being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction
of the Regional Municipality of Peel.

WHEREAS the Council of the Regional
Corporation on the 13th day of September, 2001 passed By-law 41-2001 to consolidate
the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional
Municipality of Peel and which by-law is hereinafter referred to as "the
by-law";
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution
passed on the 3rd day of June, 2004, authorized the enactment of a by-law to
amend the by-law with respect to implementing stopping prohibitions on Regional
Road 107 (Bovaird Drive East and West);
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:
1. That Part 3 of Schedule I of the by-law is amended by adding the following:
