WHEREAS the Council of The Regional Municipality of Peel (“Regional Corporation”) on July 11, 2002 passed By-law 43-2002, to impose fees and charges for services and activities provided by the Regional Corporation, or for the use of its property, referred to as the “Fees By-law”;

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on October 10, 2002 passed By-law 53-2002, on December 12, 2002 passed By-law 66-2002, on March 29, 2007 passed By-law 21-2007 and on January 24, 2008 passed By-law 1-2008, all to amend By-law 43-2002;

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation has by resolution adopted on March 6, 2008, authorized that By-law 43-2002 be further amended as provided herein;

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. Schedule A to By-law 43-2002 is hereby amended by adding the following fee to Part 4: ENVIRONMENT, TRANSPORTATION & PLANNING SERVICES; Transportation - Transhelp & Accessible Transportation:

2. Schedule A to By-law 43-2002 is hereby further amended by deleting the fee for the Transhelp Adult Fares contained in Part 4: ENVIRONMENT, TRANSPORTATION & PLANNING SERVICES; Transportation - Transhelp & Accessible Transportation and replacing it with the following fee:
