A by-law to designate dual northbound left turn lanes at the intersection of Regional Road 7 (Airport Road) and Regional Road 107 (Queen Street East) and to amend By-law Number 57-2005 being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel. |
WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 16th June, 2005 passed By-law 57-2005 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel and which by-law is hereinafter referred to as "the by-law";
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 6th day of March, 2008, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend the by-law with respect to designating dual northbound left turn lane at the intersection of Regional Road 7 (Airport Road) and Regional Road 107 (Queen Street East);
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:
1. That Part 21 of Schedule I of the by-law is amended by adding the following:
