THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL
 
BY-LAW NUMBER 102-2009
 
A by-law to designate dual west to south left turn lanes, at the intersection of Regional Road 4 (Dixie Road) at Drew Road and to amend By-law Number 57-2005 being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of The Regional Municipality of Peel.


WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 16th day of June, 2005 passed By-law 57-2005 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of The Regional Municipality of Peel;

AND WHEREAS the Council of The Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 8th day of October, 2009, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend By-law 57-2005 to include the designation of dual west to south left turn lanes, at the intersection of Regional Road 4 (Dixie Road) at Drew Road;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That Part 21 of Schedule I of By-law 57-2005 is amended by adding the following:

Drew Road

Regional Road 4 to 30 metres east

1st lane north
of centre median 		West to south left turn Anytime
         
Drew Road Regional Road 4 to 30 metres east 2nd lane north
of centre median 		West to south left turn Anytime
