| BY-LAW NUMBER 37-2010 |

A by-law to adopt Amendment Number 21B to the Region of Peel Official Plan in order to amend policies and mapping related to natural heritage and agriculture. |
WHEREAS in accordance with the provisions of Section 17 and Section 26 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13, as amended, Council may adopt an Official Plan or amendments thereto;
AND WHEREAS, the Council of the Regional Corporation has by resolution passed on the 13th day of May, 2010, authorized the adoption of Regional Official Plan Amendment Number 21B, which is an amendment to revise policies and mapping related to natural heritage and agriculture in the Regional Official Plan;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:
That Schedule A, attached hereto and forming part of this by-law constitutes and is hereby adopted as Regional Official Plan Amendment Number 21B.
READ THREE TIMES AND PASSED IN OPEN COUNCIL 13th day of May, 2010.
