WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 16th day of June, 2005, passed By-law 57-2005 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of The Regional Municipality of Peel;

AND WHEREAS, the Council of The Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 16th day of December, 2010, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend By-law 57-2005 to change the current times of operation of the flashing speed limit zone on Regional Road 4 (Dixie Road), Regional Road 6 (Embleton Road), Regional Road 8 (The Gore Road), Regional Road 9 (King Street) and Regional Road 136 (Main Street);

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That Part 16 of Schedule I of By-law 57-2005 is amended by repealing the following:
