WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 24th day of January, 2013, passed By-law 15-2013 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of The Regional Municipality of Peel;

AND WHEREAS, the Council of The Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 14th day of February, 2013, authorized the enactment of a by-law to reduce the speed limit on Regional Road 50 (Highway 50) from 70 km/h to 60 km/h from 500 metres north of Regional Road 9 (King Street) to Columbia Way, and from 80 km/h to 60 km/h on Regional Road 50 (Highway 50) from Columbia Way to 100 metres north of Columbia Way;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That Part 13 of Schedule A of By-law 15-2013 is amended by deleting the following:
