WHEREAS, the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 24th day of January 2013 passed By-law 15-2013 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under jurisdiction of The Regional Municipality of Peel;

AND WHEREAS, the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 11th day of December, 2014 authorized the enactment of a by-law to reduce the speed limit on Regional Road 3 (Britannia Road) from 80 km/hr to 70 km/hr from Hurontario Street to Terry Fox Way/Silken Laumann Way;

AND WHEREAS, the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 11th day of December, 2014 authorized the enactment of a by-law to reduce the 70 km/hr speed limit to 60 km/hr on Regional Road 3 (Britannia Road) from Creditview Road to 70 metres east of Creditview Road;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:
