Financial Analysis of Service Delivery Models
The following reports were prepared to help inform the Province on the financial implications of different governance models and service delivery options for the Region of Peel.
The Financial Impact Analysis report was prepared by Deloitte to better understand the cost implications of various governance scenarios. Its purpose is to assist the Province in determining the most efficient and effective model of governance, assessed on a financial basis only.
The 2019 Deloitte report was not commissioned at the request of Council, and is not a Regional position.
