Peel Purchasing


How to Get or Submit Documents

  • You can register online (Downloadable documents only) – Video tutorial [00:03:01]
  • You can request printed copies of documents by e-mail or pick them up in person.
  • Read what to do if your requested document comes with a specified fee.
  • We will disregard any submission that is late or incomplete. Ensure that we receive your submission before the document's specified closing date and time.

Request by E-mail

E-mail your request for us to mail your document(s) or have them ready for a specific pick-up time.

We DO NOT send documents electronically via e-mail.

In your e-mail message be sure to:

  • Include the document number.
  • Provide your Vendor name.
  • Provide a contact name, address, phone number and fax number.
  • Tell us your preferred delivery method: mail or pick-up. We will mail your requested document(s) via next business day post OR we will have your package ready for pick-up at the time specified in your e-mail message. Don't include credit card numbers in your e-mail.

Pick Up in Person

You can pick up documents Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at:

Only documents found on the Region of Peel’s site are to be considered the "official" documents. The Region of Peel accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of information found on other websites. The onus is on the vendor to check this site to verify they have received all relevant information.

It is the vendor's sole responsibility to ensure their submissions are received by the time and date specified within the document.

Applicable Fees

Some documents require payment of a specified fee before you receive a copy. If applicable, fees are indicated in the document's ad.

You can pay this fee by cheque, debit or credit card.

Option 1 – Cheque

First, fax a copy of your signed company cheque to us at 905-791-3697. Then mail or courier the cheque to:

We'll provide you with a copy of the document(s) once we receive the fax copy of your cheque.

Option 2 – Credit Card

Give us your MasterCard or VISA card number and expiry date by phone at 905-791-7800 ext. 4303.

We'll provide you with a copy of the document(s) once the transaction is approved.

How to Submit Documents

RFT/ RFP/ RFQ

Vendors’ signed and dated submissions will be received in accordance with the Submission Instructions contained within the document, in hard copy format only at the Region of Peel, Purchasing, 10 Peel Centre Dr., Suite A, 1st Floor, Room 101.

Fax RFQ (under $25,000)

Vendor submissions may be returned by fax to 905-791-3697 or delivered in original format to Region of Peel, Purchasing, 10 Peel Centre Dr., Suite A, 1st Floor, Room 101.

Please note: The Region of Peel does not accept vendor submissions via e-mail due to security restrictions.
