In partnership with Pathway Non-Profit Housing, and the governments of Ontario and Canada, this third-party led project will add 2 additional floors consisting of 6 units to the existing Pathway Arbour Mill.

Currently, Pathway is finalizing building permits for this project.

Pathway Arbour Mill is located at 3023 Parkerhill Road in Ward 7 in Mississauga and is close to:
- Supermarkets
- Dental and medical clinics
- Brickyard Park
The vision
This project includes the addition of floors 5 and 6 at the existing Pathway Arbour Mill building. A total of 6 new units will be added:
- 4 one-bedroom units.
- 2 two-bedroom units, including 1 fully accessible unit.
The units will be modified and designated for seniors.
The City of Mississauga has approved a mass timber alternative for the Pathway Arbour Mill expansion, allowing pre-fabricated mass timber components to be used for this project. This is a cost-effective and innovative building solution which will result in less construction occurring on site.
