East Avenue Redevelopment Project

Brampton
Birch Place
This hotel conversion is bringing 67 affordable housing units to Brampton.
Uniti
Uniti is a successful project realized as part of the Peel Affordable Rental Incentives Program.
Chelsea Gardens
This new infill development will add 200 new affordable rental housing units in Brampton.
Brampton Youth Shelter
The interim youth shelter is currently on leased property. Work is underway to create a permanent location at 1358 Queen St. W. Currently in the planning phase of the new development.
Peel Manor Seniors Rental Building
Planning work is underway for 197 units at the Peel Manor affordable housing site.
Wilkinson Shelter Redevelopment
We are redeveloping the existing shelter at 15 Wilkinson Road.
