Individuals who attended wedding events at Sri Guru Singh Sabha Malton in Mississauga on October 3 exposed to COVID-19
Brampton, ON (October 8, 2021) - Peel Public Health is advising anyone who attended wedding events at Sri Guru Singh Sabha Malton, 7280 Airport Rd, Mississauga, on October 3 between 10:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., to seek immediate testing. All guests should get tested, regardless of vaccination status. Individuals who are not fully vaccinated must self-isolate until they receive a negative test result. Fully vaccinated individuals, who do not have any symptoms, do not need to isolate; however, they should continue to follow precautions such as masking, physical distancing and limiting contacts while waiting for test results.
Everyone seeking testing because of the exposure should give testers the following outbreak number: 2253-2021-48380.
