The Region of Peel will be working in your neighborhood to replace the aging sanitary sewer along Alexandra Avenue, Ninth Street, and Tenth Street. View area map (PDF).
This work is a part of the Region of Peel’s State of Good Repair Program to ensure the sewer systems reliability.
Preconstruction survey
Lancorp Construction Co. Ltd. (Lancorp), the Region of Peel contractor, will be completing a photographic pre-construction survey to record the condition of the existing buildings and structures, environmental features and road surface condition within, and along the sanitary sewer alignment. A Lancorp representative will contact you prior to taking photos on your property. There is no cost to you for the survey and you are not obligated to have it completed, however we would recommend it. Pre-construction surveys are standard construction practice. This work will take place over the next couple of weeks, weather permitting.

The Region of Peel provides a safe environment that conforms to theOccupational Health and Safety Act,at all times.
Schedule
Construction is anticipated to start in mid-September, 2016 and is scheduled to be completed by September 2017.
