Ingredients

(500 ml)
skim milk
1 cup
(250 ml)
fresh or frozen berries (any combination)
1 tsp.
liquid honey
½ cup
(125 ml)
low-fat yogurt (less than 2% M.F.)

Method

  • Blend milk and berries.

  • Continue to blend, adding honey and yogurt.
