
Guidelines for Food Vendors at Special Events
The information contained in this website is for the purpose of assisting Special Event Co-ordinators and special event food vendors with providing safe food to the public.
Special events where food is prepared and sold to the public may be at risk of being a source for a serious food borne disease. Adherence to food safety principles by event organizers and food handlers are needed to decrease the risk of significant food borne illness occurring at these events.
