Staying Ahead of the Curve: The Public Health 10-Year Strategic Plan
Peel Public Health has a big job to do. It is our mandate to provide a wide spectrum of programs and services, and we have a broad responsibility for the health of 1.2 million people.
Staying Ahead of the Curve: The Public Health 10-Year Strategic Plan is intended to be our guide for the next 10 years. This may seem a long time but is appropriate when one considers the magnitude of the issues we will be tackling. This does not mean that everything we do will remain static for the next 10 years. We will continue to be innovative and respond to the changing environment.
The purpose of the strategic plan is to provide a clear picture of our future direction our employees, volunteers, Regional Council, our health-care service partners, and the residents of Peel.
