Peel Region announces Fred Terra as Director, Enterprise Applications

BRAMPTON, ON (January 16, 2024) – Peel Region announces Fred Terra as Director, Enterprise Applications. In this role, he will be responsible for leading the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) portfolios.

Fred will report directly to Chief Information Officer Peter Parsan.

Fred joins the Region with over two decades of expertise in business transformation, program and project management, consulting, system integration, asset management delivery and support, enterprise resource planning, and identity management. Fred is a certified Project Management Professional and has successfully managed numerous Infrastructure Technology project and operations teams.

Fred has a proven track record of success across diverse industries, including the mining, transportation, telecom, banking, public and healthcare sectors.
