Region of Peel is currently in negotiations with third party providers to transfer child care programs at locations currently operated by the Region. In accordance with Regional policy, notice is hereby given that the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel is considering revising fees at the Regionally-operated locations to align with the fees of the incoming providers in preparation for the transfer of operations. If approved, the new fees will take effect on October 11, 2013 and will only apply to new enrolments; children enrolled prior to this date will continue to receive care at their current fee, until the transfer of operations.
The proposed amendments to the Region of Peel Fees By-law will be considered at the following meeting of Regional Council:

The proposed fee changes may be approved in whole, or in part, at the Regional Council meeting to be held on Thursday, October 10, 2013 or any subsequent Regional Council meeting. If the matter is considered at a subsequent meeting of Council, no additional notice will be provided unless Council directs otherwise.
Copies of the proposed fee schedule will be available as of October 4, 2013 from the Region of Peel website and/or the Office of the Regional Clerk, 10 Peel Centre Dr., Suite A, 5th Floor, Brampton, ON L6T 4B9.
Any interested parties may attend the above noted meetings that are open to the public. Any person or organization wishing to make representation to Council should fill out a Request for Delegation Form.
