Our Development
Planning Services Division is responsible for coordinating
and developing the Regional position on all development
applications circulated to the Region of Peel by our
three Area Municipalities: City
of Mississauga, City
of Brampton, and Town
of Caledon.
The Area Municipalities are the approval
authority for subdivision, condominium, local official plan amendments, rezonings, site plans and Committee
of Adjustment minor variance and severance applications.

The fees payable to the Region of Peel for processing
