Chaperones
Whether you’re considering or confirmed to be a chaperone, here are a few tips:
- If not arriving with your school, chaperone parking will be clearly marked upon entry.
We recommend in this situation using the administration tent as a meeting point to find your group. Please discuss this with the teacher.
- Please note that transportation will not be confirmed until payment is received.
- There are 8 students for every one chaperone.
- Chaperones are expected to accompany their group at all times
- Be sure to ask your teacher for a copy of the School Days Map and daily itinerary for easy reference
- Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable shoes.
