Construction in Peel: Brampton

Dixie Road Improvements from 220m North of Steeles Avenue to 70m South of Clark Boulevard
Projects 06-4020 & 07-1303

We have finished the work. The project is under warranty until August 2018.

Project Description

This project consists of a four to six lane widening of Dixie Road from north of Steeles Avenue to just south of Clark Boulevard. The work to be done includes, but is not limited to, excavation, grading, hot mix paving, relocation of curb and gutter, median and directional island reconstruction, traffic signals, street lighting, landscaping, retaining walls, storm sewers, watermain replacement and a multi-use trail.

Schedule

The work is scheduled to commence on or about October 6, 2014 and we anticipate its completion in August 2016.
