Working Hours

Our contractor's normal working hours are from 9:00am to 7:00pm to allow for a shorter construction period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Traffic Control

We will make every effort to minimize disruption to traffic, access to businesses and residential area while still maintaining a safe working environment as required under the Occupational Health and Safety Act. However, due to the nature of the work (milling and paving) we will need to reduce traffic to a single lane (each direction) and temporarily block intersections during construction.

Driveway Access

It is anticipated that driveway access will be maintained in so far as possible during the works. If driveway access needs to be temporarily blocked, residents and/or businesses will be contacted to arrange for the best time to undertake the required operations.

Project Updates

The Region of Peel is committed to keeping you informed and ensuring that the works are carried out with minimum disruption. If there are any substantial changes in the project scope or schedule, you will be provided with project updates. We also encourage you to notify the appropriate contact person to advise them of any problems or particular needs. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and patience during the construction of this project
