By-law 57-2005
From March 1 to April 30, any axle on a commercial motor vehicles or trailer weighing in excess of 5,000 kg (5 tonnes per axle) is prohibited on the regional roads listed below. Violators can be fined in accordance with Section 125 of the Highway Traffic Act.

Please note that commercial motor vehicles are axle load restricted on Winston Churchill Boulevard, from Bovaird Drive West to Bush Street in Caledon at ALL TIMES.
