Pre-authorized Payment
Download and complete a pre-authorized payment form (1 page, 375 KB) and fax it to 905-791-5112 or mail it to the address listed in the form. You can also call our Customer Contact Centre at 905-791-8711. Caledon residents in long-distance areas may call 905-584-2216.

Send your bill and payment in the return envelope provided with your water bill.
You may also choose to pay your bills through epost, Canada Post's freeelectronic bill presentment service, which helps you to manage your bills and other financial documents, safely and securely, online.
