Receive Your Water Bill Online
Paying your bill
Choose any one of the following convenient payment options:
You can receive and pay your bills through Canada Post’s epost, a free electronic bill service to manage your bills safely and securely online.
Receive your bills in one of two ways:
- Create a stand-alone epost account that will notify you electronically when your bills are available.
- Sign up through your major financial institutions to receive your bill when you log into your online banking.
Contact your bank to arrange these options
Download and complete a pre-authorized payment form (PDF, 347 KB) and fax it to 905-791-2178 or mail it to the address listed in the form.
Note: For Mississauga property owners or tenants, a new stormwater charge will be added to your water bill in 2016. If you are on a pre-authorized payment plan, the stormwater fee will be added to the amount taken.
At Your Bank
Most chartered banks will accept your payment before the due date. Please contact your bank for more details.
Send your bill and payment in the return envelope provided with your water bill.
