Garbage bag tags
This service is for Peel residents who receive curbside waste collection services and need extra garbage to be picked up on their garbage collection day.
Extra garbage must be placed in a black plastic garbage bag and tagged with a garbage tag.
You can buy garbage tags online or by phone. Tags will arrive by mail.
You can also buy garbage tags in person at select locations across Peel.

Eligibility
You are eligible for this service if you have a home address in Peel that receives curbside waste collection.
What you need
To buy garbage bag tags online or by phone, you need to provide:
- Your contact information.
- The mailing address for the property.
- The reason (or reasons) you need to buy bag tags.
Fees
Garbage tags cost $3 each and come in sheets of 5. Each sheet costs $15. All garbage bag tag sales are final and non-refundable.
