Objectives
Through extensive consultations with stakeholders - clients, employees and partner organizations and agencies - the following six objectives were identified as the core of the Human Services Plan for the next three years. They reflect what stakeholders said was most important to them.
They are:
- A culture that values employees and recognizes the importance of continuous learning and collaboration.
- Accessible, high quality, client-centred services.
- A continuum of housing options.
- Strengthened individual, family and neighbourhood capacity.
- Increased investment in human services.
- Plans that anticipate and respond to the growing and competing needs of Peel.
