Malton: Special Instructions for Asian Long-Horned Beetle Quarantine (ALBQ) Area

Residents in the Asian long-horned beetle (ALHB) quarantine area of Malton  cannot move wood or storm-related tree debris from the restricted area.  At this time, residents can bring storm-damaged tree debris to 2699 Drew Rd. Business owners in the quarantined areas of Malton can also bring storm-damaged tree debris to 2699 Drew Rd. or make arrangements with their contractors to dispose of tree debris and packaging material as per Canadian Food Inspection Agency regulations to avoid spreading ALHB.
