Dig in and help improve the integrity of Fleetwood Park, Mississauga by nurturing the existing wildlife habitat and increasing biodiversity at the park.
This event runs rain or shine. Please dress in weather-appropriate clothing, including sturdy (closed-toe) footwear and bring a water bottle. Evergreen will provide Invasive species removal techniques, gloves and tools.
Location and Meeting Place: Fleetwood Park is located on Burnhamthorpe Road East, Mississauga, between Ponytrail Drive and Mills Road, opposite Garnetwood Park. The major intersections are Burnhamthorpe Road East and Dixie Road. An Evergreen representative will meet you at the grassland area next to the parking lot. Transit, cycling, walking or carpooling is encouraged. However, if driving, parking is available at the parking lot located in the park.
