In today's busy world where we all get caught up “being busy” we sometimes don't spend either the time or energy to ensure our staff and volunteers are fully engaged with the organization's goals and that each have a full understanding of the other's role. This session will explore practical aspects of building and maintaining healthy relationships between volunteers, staff members and their organizations so that everyone is contributing to a high performing team.
