- TAPP-C is a service provided to children who
are involved in fire play or fire setting and
their families. Includes home safety checks
and fire safety education, fire risk assessments
and counselling for the child and family when
appropriate. Program is a Peel community partnership,
supported by fire and emergency services, police,
the school boards, Peel Children's Centre and
the Children's Aid Society
