It teaches you to recognize the signs and symptoms of mental health issues, provide initial help and guide a person towards appropriate professional help.

You will Learn:

- Why Mental Health First Aid is a necessity for EVERYONE!
- How to improve your mental health and aid others
- Dealing with youth and children's mental health
- Misinterpretations, reactions and effects of poor mental health
- and much much more!
