Through our Eyes: Homeless in Peel |

Presented by PAMA in partnership with ShareED. For most of us, it is hard to imagine what it is like to be without the stability of a home. Homelessness in Peel is less visible than in downtown Toronto, yet it still exists here and impacts the lives of thousands of people of all ages. This exhibition explores the lived experiences of some of those homeless and at-risk individuals in Peel through art, words, video and photographs. Stephanie Rayner: Boat of Eternal Return |

This exhibition presents and interprets Rayner’s sculptural installation The Boat of Eternal Return. The 29 foot boat showcases multi-layered meanings touching on the passage of time, life and death, regeneration and reincarnation. Downspout Disconnection Workshop |

Disconnecting your downspout may help protect your home from flooding during future storms. But, why stop there? Come learn the do’s and dont’s of disconnecting your downspouts and discover designs of how to use the water in your garden. Resources on the Region of Peel’s Downspout Disconnection Rebate Program and the Sanitary Backwater Valve Rebate Program will be available.
