CVH Plant Sale All Day

Credit Valley Volunteers are selling Geraniums and Impatiens, flats and hanging baskets for your gardens. Please call 905-813-1100 Ext 3203 or come to the volunteer department to pick up an order form or check the CVH website for details. Order deadline is May 6. Pickup morning of May 11 All sales support Credit Valley Hospital. Grow a better hospital by planting something today

Hidden Cultures of the World 12:30 am - 5:00 pm

Hidden Cultures is an event planned by the Brampton's Multicultural Youth Council. It is over the course of two weekends and consists of four workshops based on different regions around the world including: Africa, South Asia, Oriental Asia and Eastern Europe. Students earn volunteer hours for attending. The event will feature food, dancing and other fun activities pertaining to those regions.

The dates:
Africa- April 27
South Asia- April 28
Oriental Asia- May 4th
Eastern Europe- May 5th

Time: Each workshop will be from 12:30-5 pm

Walk so Kids Can Talk 8:30 am - 1:30 pm

Come out on Sunday, May 5th, 2013 to Walk so Kids Can Talk presented by BMO. The Mississauga Walk will take place at the Streetsville Memorial Park in Streetsville, Ontario. The walk begins at 10:00 am but remember to come early to register at 8:30 am. There will be live entertainment, activities for the whole family, lunch and other goodies, so please join us!
