Heart Lake Conservation Area is located 10818 Heart Lake Road, Brampton, in the northwest corner of Heart Lake Road North and Sandalwood Parkway East. An Evergreen representative will meet you near the shade pavilion next to the north most parking lot at the park. Transit, cycling, walking or carpooling is encouraged, however parking is available.
