Herbs of Riverwood Walk 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

People have used plants for healing since they first walked the earth and plants continue to hold amazing medicinal activity. Healing herbs grow all around us, not just in exotic or distant places. Join Susan Elliotson, a practicing herbalist, on a walk through Riverwood to identify herbs in their natural habitat and learn about their medicinal properties.

All walks and hikes will meet at the Pergola in the NEW MacEwan Terrace Garden off the main (first) parking lot at Riverwood.

· Saturday, July 28, 10 am to 1 pm

Barefoot in the Park 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm

In this hilarious romantic comedy, newlyweds Paul and Corie Bratter begin building a new life together while they deal with leaky skylights, an odd-ball neighbour, Corie's loopy mother and way too many flights of stairs leading to their less than perfect apartment. On top of everything, Paul is as straight-laced as they come while Corie is, well, a free spirit... Adjusting to married life won't be easy but it sure is good for a laugh.
