FREE bus tour for newcomers to Brampton. Visit beautiful gardens, learn about community and recreation facilities, experience Brampton Transit, and register for a library card. Tours begin and end at the Chinguacousy Branch of the Brampton Library. Registration required. Call 905.793.4636 to reserve your seat. Tours take place on August 15, 16, 22 & 23 from 10 am to 1 pm.

The first step in learning what plants have to offer to humans is to get to know the plants. Join Susan Elliotson, a practicing herbalist, on a walk through Riverwood to identify herbs in their natural habitat and learn about their medicinal properties.

All walks and hikes will meet at the Pergola in the NEW MacEwan Terrace Garden off the main (first) parking lot at Riverwood.
