Caledon Farmers' Market 8:00 am - 1:00 pm

The Caledon Farmers’ Market has been bringing locally grown and produced foods and other items to the residents and visitors of Caledon since 2009!

It features an assortment of locally grown and produced foods as well as arts and crafts made by local artisans.

There are weekly themes, events and activities for people of all ages.

RIVERWOOD LECTURE SERIES: "The Locavore's Dilemma: In Praise of the 10 9:30 am - 11:00 am

Many food activists promote eating more local food at the expense of imported items as a way to solve a host of perceived problems with our modern food supply system. But after a thorough review of the evidence, UTM professor Pierre Desrochers argues that "locavorism" is bad for our health and that of our environment.

In this hilarious romantic comedy, newlyweds Paul and Corie Bratter begin building a new life together while they deal with leaky skylights, an odd-ball neighbour, Corie's loopy mother and way too many flights of stairs leading to their less than perfect apartment. On top of everything, Paul is as straight-laced as they come while Corie is, well, a free spirit... Adjusting to married life won't be easy but it sure is good for a laugh.
