Reduced hours by appointment only (no drop-in until further notice)

Due to COVID-19, we’re only able to see patients with urgent concerns as determined by our Public Health Nurses.

Monday to Thursday by appointment only.

Call 905-270-0587 Monday to Thursday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. to speak to our staff.

You will need to wear a non-medical mask or face covering when coming to your appointment.

Birth control, harm reduction and vaccine pick up hours

Before you come into Fairview to pick-up your birth control pills please call us to confirm we have your current prescription on file at Fairview. If we do not have your current prescription you will require a virtual appointment with the clinic doctor before you can pick up your birth control pills.

  • Monday 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
  • Tuesday 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
  • Wednesday 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
  • Thursday 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
  • Friday 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
