We’re changing the way we help you find housing services to better support your needs.
If you’re at risk of losing your home, are homeless, or need affordable housing, we may have services that can help.
Currently when you are looking for assistance, you need to select one of our programs and navigate through the process of applying all on your own.
Soon we’ll be launching a new way to better understand your needs. By asking you a series of questions we’ll be able to provide you the housing support that best fits your needs.
As we transition to new technology, you may temporarily experience longer than normal response times for non-urgent inquiries throughout November and December.
As well, Peel’s Housing Services will be closed for 1-day on December 6.
These changes are necessary for our staff to be trained on our new technology and processes to offer you the appropriate housing support.
Crisis services like our shelters, Street Helpline and Outreach team won’t be affected, we will continue to respond to urgent requests, and we will continue to help you get and keep housing.
