Every year, organizations recognize Customer Service Week at the beginning of October. It's a chance for people who serve and support customers daily to celebrate and reflect on the contributions they have made.
Many of our service teams and frontline staff have moved from working with you in person, to now connecting remotely. They've put in long hours with limited staff, and have adapted quickly to ensure you're able to receive the support you need throughout the pandemic.
This year, we're recognizing our Peel Region customer service teams and their unwavering commitment to deliver exceptional service even in the face of change.
